How Long Will it Take To Get my Items?

Please allow 4-7 days before your order is shipped out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped. 

Can I cancel my order?

As of now, once an order is placed there will be no cancellations. Please read our return policy for more

 

What if my package is lost?

VALEROSSA is not responsible for it’s items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you an exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you will receive store credit, please send us an email and we will happily respond to you asap.

All Sales are final which means items with a (sale button) are NON refundable or exchangeable.

To be eligible for an return/exchange, you must email us to info@valerossa.com within 7 days of receiving the package with (your order number, and proof of purchase with our tag.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.

Rejection of your return can be reasons like 

- item was worn out or dirty

- item was ripped or destroyed
