Have an item to exchange? We are here to help

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone

by since your purchase, we can't offer you an

exchange

 

If you wish to exchange an item, you will receive

store credit, please send us an email and we

will happily respond to you asap.

 

Unfortunately all Sales are final which means

items with a (sale button) are NON refundable

or exchangeable.

 

To start for an exchange, you must email us to

info@valerossa within 7 days of receiving the

package with (your order number, and proof of

purchase with our tag.) Item can't be worn

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own

shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping

costs are non-refundable.

 

Once your order is received and inspected, we

will send you an email to notify you that we

have received your item. We will also notify you

of the approval or rejection of your return. If you

are approved, then your store credit will be

processed.

 

Rejection of your return can be reasons like

 

- item was worn out or dirty

 

- item was ripped or destroyed, etc

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and

contact us immediately if the item is defective,

damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so

that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale

items or gift cards.
